For three generations, Mio Padre Pizzeria has been Millsboro, DE’s finest Italian dining establishment, offering hand-tossed pizza and traditional Sicilian cuisine including pasta dishes and entrees.

Established in 1945 by Salvatore, Mio Padre Pizzeria was eventually passed down to his son Vincenzo. Young Vincenzo grew up working and managing the restaurant, learning the skills necessary to create an authentic Italian dining experience for his patrons.
Today, Salvatore’s grandson oversees the restaurant’s operations and continues the family tradition of making customers happy with delicious food and great service.
In March 2019 David Downes assumed the restaurant due to his passion for the food industry. David has over 30 years in the food service industry! He is excited to serve existing customers with outstanding quality and service. His intent to grow the customer base and share the taste of Italy with the new customers. Are you having a party? Work related meeting? Mio Padre and our dedicated staff are ready to prepare classic Italian dishes to feed your guests. Choose from our great variety of pizzas, classic Italian dishes, and standard pizzeria fare. We can accommodate up to 20 guests for in-house parties and also offer delivery for orders of all sizes!
Choose a traditional red pizza with one of our winning topping combinations or a classic white pizza. The Freshca Bianca Pizza is one of our most popular pizzas with fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese and then drizzled with our SPECIAL fresh garlic herbs and oil.
Try our gnocchi with marinara sauce, four cheese authentic lasagna, veal marsala, penne alla vodka, or tortellini carbonara with bacon, prosciutto, and infused with garlic cream sauce. For a dish with seafood flare, try the lobster ravioli with marinara OR in a blush lobster sauce with baby shrimp.
